ONLINE COSTUME BALL 2002

The Costume Gallery Website invites you and the world to attend our Online Costume Ball 2002. We will be celebrating the art of costume from the past to the future. Anyone attending the Online Costume Ball 2002 must RSVP this invitation by Nov. 10, 2002.

Costumed Guests will be showcased in six categories, Wearable Art, Historic (any time period prior to 1982), Fantasy (including Masquerade and Sci-Fi), Holiday (Mardi Gras, Christmas, Halloween, Carnival…), Wedding and Childrenswear (all areas). Your costume may have been designed for you, rented, purchased, or homemade.

  How to attend:

Send a scanned image of yourself in costume via email to The Costume Gallery (directions below). You must be the person in the picture. If you are submitting a child's photograph, (under 18 years old) , you must be the parent or relative and give written permission stating so.

Written permission must be given to The Costume Gallery to publish on our website for each entry. You must provide the publisher (The Costume Gallery) with your full name to have a photograph or image published in a medium (the internet). This is a U.S. law. Only one photograph will be allowed per category entry. Please include the name of your costume ( BE CREATIVE! ) and your state/province and country. We want to be an international group. Personal names will NOT be published on the Costume Ball and will NOT be given out by the staff of The Costume Gallery.

 

You may enter each category only one time per person. But you may enter as many of the previously listed categories that you like.

Sending photographs or images to attend the Online Costume Ball 2002:

  1. The image of your costume must be sent to The Costume Gallery via this email address costume.ball@costumegallery.com . The image will not be accepted at any other of The Costume Gallery's, other email addresses.

  2. The images emailed must be no more than 72 dpi and the height no larger than 4 inches. The image's format must be in a .gif or .jpg format. The image must be attached as a file to the email.

  3. We are accepting photographs and guest's photos from Sept, 2002 and the deadline is Nov. 10, 2002 for the Online Costume Ball 2002.

  4. NO PORNOGRAPHIC PICTURES WILL BE ACCEPTED!

***No names or email addresses will be used by The Costume Gallery for making a spam or advertising email list. Believe me, we hate spam and junk mail too! This event is intended to be fun and to show the world what a creative industry we have!
